At Destination Discovery, we offer an affordable full day camp for children who are entering grades 1st through 8th. Your camper will never be bored as they Discover fun and challenges through the variety of themed weeks which are incorporated into the activities we provide such as games, challenges, skill building, problem solving, projects, crafts, and much more! Campers will have the opportunity to gain social skills, increase self confidence, and participate in a teambuilding environment. Destination Discovery helps kids unplug from digital devices and helps teach them to build new friendships, be reintroduced to nature and encourage personal growth through learning and fun that’s all rolled into one!

Welcome aboard, mates! Get ready for a Pirate’s Life adventure. Follow the mysterious clues on the map while charting a course through Turkey Brook Park. Get Shipwrecked and build a shelter from a bag of random things. Create your own treasure chest of crafts throughout the week!
Da Vinci Rocks!
July 8 – 12
Explore the incredible works of Leonardo da Vinci ! From art to his theories on aerodynamics , hydrodynamics and more. Catapults & sculptures are just a few of the projects planned.
Special trip to the Mt Olive Carnival on July 11 to experience some real life aerodynamics!
Rocks, Paper, Scissors…
July 15 – July 19
This week’s focus is creativity. Rock painting, create paper selfie masterpieces, use your scissor skills to create intricate papercutting designs and more. Creations will be displayed on Friday for all to see!
Passport to Adventure
July 22 – 26
Get ready to travel around the world! Explore a new country daily learning about their culture and history. What games do they play? What are they famous for? Leave each country with a handmade souvenir. Bon Voyage! Trip to the Movies.
Survivor: Destination Discovery
July 29 – August 2
Can your team survive it? Create Team Flags, Decipher codes, Scavenger Hunts, and more! Tribal team competitions and Immunity Challenges, no-one gets voted off. They get voted for!! Our tribal council vote is for Teamwork, Friendship, and Leadership!
August 5 – August 9
All things water, rules this week! Soaked sponges to Water slides, campers with have a blast. Campers will also investigate the power of water, why water is important to our environment and our bodies. Trip Hopatcong State Park.
